Thomas's one complaint at the lake: Too Much Baby Talk

Here are the seven grands (not in order of appearance) followed by the four nursing (or pregnant) moms. Yes, Thomas, you are right - there was a lot of tending to babies all week. But as these kids get bigger, you'll have a basketball team to coach with two cheerleaders as well!! We're all wondering what Schelyn and Todd will be adding to the mix in April - another cheerleader or a basketball player. We'll let you know as soon as we know...

Jack Greer's birthday at the Baker Laker October, 2007

These pictures may not be in perfect order but we think you can figure out the sequence. When this one year old finally gets a haircut, he'll probably look so much older all of a sudden. Oh to be so innocent!! He has no idea what it's going to be like with a younger brother or sister in April!!

This portion of the Baker's can't wait for W,D & R to join them at the lake

Here are a few candids showing the first 15 of us. I know our daughters are so thankful to have husbands that help so much! None of us could survive the 'Baker Laker' without these guys - and Ken and Thomas, of course. It's been so much fun and we can't wait for the new baby and his folks to arrive to complete the picture. Thankfully we have a photographer arriving Friday night to help capture this happy gathering in one big group picture. Notice the specially designed shirts? And the one shot of Daniel's ball midair before it hit his dad in the head? Too many memories to remember or record.

Red leaves the hospital

Ken and I feel so privileged that we were able to see Red in his 'going home' outfit and to experience again the thrill of the whole 'car seat' thing. There are some things in life that the manuals just aren't good enough for!! And then there are things like new babies that don't even come with instructions. Yikes!
